Wedding Services and Prices
We’ve created flexible options for those of you who are interested in fabulous professional wedding photographs. You can enjoy the professionalism, full quality services and creativity of a Master Wedding Photographer and then decide if you’d like your images presented as High Resolution Images on a Wedding DVD or taken to the next level and have a Custom Designed Wedding Album professionally created.
Booking Fee $750
The booking fee secures the date and goes towards the professional services outlined below.
Two Photographers: Peter’s forte is in creating elegant, stylized yet relaxed images. Tegwyn enjoys capturing the “people pics”, – the emotions and spontaneity of the day.
Pre-wedding Session: This involves a photo-shoot and discussion of the wedding day details. The day’s activities are put into perspective and it’s an opportunity for you to tell us what’s important to you on the day.
Wedding Day Coverage: Prior to the ceremony we capture the bride, her parents and bridesmaids, the groom, his parents and groomsmen. Also included: ceremony coverage, big group photographs, family and friend’s photographs. Bridal party photo-shoot includes a number of locations, – time permitting. Reception coverage – up to 30 minutes into the reception.
Minimum Cost: $2250
The minimum cost can be put towards the Option of your choice.
Album Options
Options 1 – 3 include the purchase of a Custom Designed Wedding Album. When you choose a Custom Designed Wedding Album the following services and products are included.
An Album Design Session to help you with the selection of images and the design and layout of your album.
A Complimentary Premium Preview Book, your wedding images in a coffee table book, valued at $600.
A Complimentary CD with images suitable for use on Facebook, valued at $300.
Your favorite images on our website for your family and friends to view.
A unique slide show created by Peter. This slide show will be shared on Facebook.
A DVD of High Resolution Images is available for purchased for $1000. Or you will receive 50% off the DVD when you place an order for unframed prints to the value of $750 or more. If you return an order of $1000 or more you will receive a 20% discount off a framed or canvas print.
Option 1. Panorama 16 x 12 Album including 14 sides with up-to 4 images per side, and a complimentary title page. Additional sides are $120 per side.
Option 2. Art Duo – 18 x 10 Album including 12 sides with up-to 4 images per side, and a complimentary title page. Additional sides are $135 per side.
Option 3. Art Duo 18 x 12 Album including 12 sides with up-to 4 images per side, and a complimentary title page. Additional sides are $140 per side.
DVD Option
Option 4. A DVD with high resolution edited images. Each high resolution digital image will be presented professionally adjusted to enhance colours, contrast and density. To fully appreciate the quality of the image in the final print we advise you have the files printed at a printing house with industry printing standards in place.
At this time you will be able to view a selection of images chosen by us and presented in a unique slide show created by Peter. This slide show will be shared on face book as well as featuring on our blog. If you would like a DVD version of this slide show it can be purchased for $150.
Also available for purchase is a Premium Preview Book for $600. All your DVD images in an easy to view glossy hard cover coffee table book. All images are 9cm x 12.5 cm.
Reception Coverage
Two reception coverage options are available.
Stay for the meal, cake cutting and bridal waltz: $500 or until the bride and groom leave: $750
It’s the Little Things that Make a Big Difference
Our pre-wedding session is unique in that we set aside time to meet with you to take some informal shots of the two of you together. You get the feel for what it’s like to be photographed by a professional. This helps reduce any nerves you may have about being photographed on the wedding day and gives you a chance to get to know us. Just as importantly we discuss with you all aspects of the wedding day. This helps put the day into perspective from beginning to end. We are one of the few professionals who will be with you most of the day. Our vast experience allows us to assist you with timing on the day as well as arrival times for the makeup artist, hairdresser, florist, bridal cars, timing for the groom, his parents and groomsmen to arrive at the ceremony. We’ll prompt you to consider the special people with whom you’ll want to be photographed. We discuss possible locations for photographs that allow for a relaxed and memorable day and of course great photographs.
On the day we will liaise with the wedding celebrant, the car drivers, the reception coordinator and your MC. Helping the day run smoothly. Always our aim is to give you wonderful creative images that capture what’s special about your wedding day and to assist in making the day a joyous, hassle free and memorable occasion.
Signing Book and Thank You Cards
You can choose to have your pre-wedding shoot images creatively designed into a glossy hard cover Signing Book for use at your reception. $600
Thank You cards can be custom designed from your favourite wedding image. $200/100 cards.
