Our quiet time is well and truly over, although we weren’t shooting too many Perth weddings over the winter months we were busy up dating our website and developing a blog.
Our blog will be featuring a few of our favourite images from the weddings we shoot and a bit of info about the wedding day. We’ll be including Perth weddings, south west weddings, Margaret River weddings, actually pretty much weddings from anywhere. We’ll also be including truly useful information about planing a successful wedding day, hints on how to find a photographer that’ll suit your needs and a guide to what many of these photographic terms actually mean. Hopefully this will help you navigate your way through the jargon on the wedding photography websites and be useful when chatting with your potential wedding photographer.
This wedding season kicked off on September 24th with Camille and Ben from Dongara. They celebrated at Rose Hill Country Club, a perfect location for a country wedding. The day was ideal for an outdoor wedding and Camille’s arrival by horse and carriage. Camille kept the country theme going with her wedding outfit by choosing fabulous wedding boots to wear under her dress, – great touch!
It wasn’t hard to keep the country theme going with the wedding photographs. The grounds of Rose Hill are filled with old farming equipment as well as stables and sheds. Great backdrops for wonderful wedding photographs.
Ben’s family traveled from country Victoria so the wedding had a true country feel to it, lots of very friendly people all too happy to be involved in such a great day. From a professional photographer’s point of view we were thrilled, great people and great locations all came together to give Camille and Ben exquisite wedding photographs.
